Since January 1st, 2023, the Maple Hills Rural Community has been responsible for the management of the public street lighting service within its territory.
This policy applies to all street lighting on public roads and any outdoor lighting of recreational facilities located within a local government area. Residents requesting the addition or removal of a streetlight may do so by submitting an application form.
