Councillor (At-Large)
Councillor Eric Murray has lived in Irishtown—now part of the Rural Community of Maple Hills—for most of his life. At 38 years old, he has spent 35 years of his life here in this community! Now with a young daughter, who just turned one this spring, Eric is excited to raise her in Maple Hills along with his girlfriend, Rebecca.
In April 2017, Eric began his career in Real Estate. If you keep an eye out, you may be able to spot his face on a billboard in the area!
Since 2020, he has devoted his spare time serving on the Board for Codiac Storm Lacrosse, now serving as the Board's President. In addition to coaching Lacross, you can find Eric volunteering around the community in his free time.
As a dedicated long-time resident, Eric is committed to making Maple Hills the best place to live a rural lifestyle. Rest assured that Eric has the residents’ best interest in mind when making decisions with the rest of the Council.
